Role description
Weβre seeking a strategic and data-driven Ecommerce Analytics Manager to lead initiatives that improve user experience, product performance, and business outcomes across web and mobile platforms for a thriving NJ company. This role combines technical expertise with business acumenβturning complex data into actionable insights that inform product strategy, marketing decisions, and executive direction.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days onsite in the Newark, NJ area.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead digital analytics strategy across websites and mobile apps.
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for Product, Marketing, and Executive teams.
β’ Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
β’ Design and manage scalable analytics frameworks with strong governance and tracking standards.
β’ Guide A/B and multivariate testing, from experiment design to insights delivery.
β’ Partner with Product teams to inform roadmaps, UX enhancements, and feature prioritization.
β’ Support the integration and use of personalization, AI, and predictive analytics tools.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to ensure accurate tagging and data collection.
β’ Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years in digital or product analytics, with expertise in CRO and web/mobile optimization.
β’ Strong skills with Google Analytics, Tableau, Quantum Metric (or similar).
β’ Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target) and personalization tools.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
β’ Deep understanding of tagging frameworks and event tracking.
β’ Experience collaborating with Engineering teams on scalable analytics solutions.
β’ Clear communicator with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
β’ Interest in applying AI/ML to digital experiences.
