Arhaus is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead our paid social strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, and emerging channels. In this highly data-driven, creative role, this individual will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our social presence, driving profitable growth and brand affinity through data-driven storytelling and innovative campaign development. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, this leader will own the strategy, planning, execution, budget management and performance optimization of all paid social efforts. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH. Key Responsibilities β€’ Own the paid social strategy from end-to-end, aligning campaign goals with broader marketing objectives β€’ Lead cross-functional planning, partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, Ecom, Partnerships and Growth Marketing to drive a high-performing program β€’ Manage in platform activation across paid social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, etc) optimizing targeting, budget, creative, landing page strategies, etc, ensuring best-in-class execution β€’ Set target KPIs and optimizations in order to deliver sales and ROI targets, as well as other primary channel objectives β€’ Translate data into action by analyzing performance, identifying insights and sharing recommendations with internal stakeholders and leadership β€’ Track emerging social trends, identifying new, innovative ways to evolve paid social strategy, grow our audience and drive new customer acquisition and retention β€’ Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment, performance and continuous growth β€’ Develop and execute on roadmap for paid social campaigns that align with business objectives, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates Required Experience β€’ 4+ years of paid social experience, including strategic planning, performance optimization and hands-on execution of multi million dollar programs β€’ Deep understanding of paid social advertising ecosystem, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution modeling β€’ Demonstrated understanding and experiencing in full funnel strategy β€’ Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into insights for stakeholders and senior leadership β€’ Data-driven problem solving skills, with a desire to look for opportunities through data analysis and to take action on them β€’ Experience in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot at the speed of social trends β€’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and/or external partners to deliver results on time and within budget β€’ Self-starter with exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills β€’ Passionate about social trends, interior design, and the intersection of performance and brand marketing Preferred Experience β€’ Familiarity with multiple forms of analytics and measurement tools (ie A/B + Brand/Conversion Lift Testing, GA4, Media Mixed Modeling, etc) β€’ Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience targeting strategies β€’ Experience with content development and organic social strategy β€’ Knowledge of paid display and video strategy + execution β€’ Experience with retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands β€’ Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
