Description About the Role The Manager of Retailer.com will be responsible for managing and driving sales goals for Origins across the retailer.com sites, providing innovative guidance, outlining a strategic road map to win and always advising on ecommerce best practice. This role will report into the Director, NA Ecommerce team and work closely with Brand Field Sales, Creative & the North America Affiliate to drive and deliver key sales targets and new business initiatives. Driving excellence in execution is key across site refreshes, merchandizing, sampling innovation and site development, while ensuring deadlines and goals have been successfully accomplished. Omni initiatives, driving a consistent consumer experience online and offline, is also a key priority, including the assessment of data, trends and feedback from retailers to remove points of friction along the path to purchase. Retailer Support • Manage channel business and relationship with online retailer business partners (ie: Ulta.com, Macys.com, Nordstrom.com, Belk.com, Dillards.com, Sephora.com, Amazon.com, QVC.com) • Identify opportunities to build and drive retailer.com business to achieve sales and brand goals • Develop new programs/content to grow retailer.com business through special programs, customer acquisition, and retention, special programs and online marketing • Work with field team & NA planner to create and execute all promotional activities and merchandising strategy (launches and re-promotes). • Monitor retailer.com business to achieve fiscal sales goals, tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets and securing best initiatives as needed to meet sales goals. • Create monthly Retailer Refresh and Side by Side Calendars to execute in synch with NA planners. • Ensure Internal and Retailer stakeholders are abreast of Retailer Refresh Calendars and ongoing changes • Liaise with retailer and Brand Field/NA Planner team to strategize promotion participation, merchandising strategy, in store program adaptation, seasonal planning, etc. • Host monthly/weekly calls with retailers to confirm Product Launch Worksheet details and boutique site updates and sample shipments • Collaborate with Brand creative teams to request all digital assets and distribute to retailers • Strategically assess and create Omni initiatives with the NA team to enhance the consumer journey and increase brand loyalty and repeat purchasing • Manage Retailer Media Networks budget by retailer, working hand in hand with account leads to align on priority support moments, asset briefing, and reporting. Sampling • Secure samples and distribution plan for retailer programs • Collaborate with NA Marketing/Planning and Online Team to source and ship samples adhering to Retailer specifications • Manage Sampling budget and anticipate quantity needs base upon former analysis and projections Reporting/Analysis/QA • Prepare and route monthly reporting retail sales/program successes based on metrics set at the onset of campaigns with internal NA team • Manage implementation and QA of promotion plans for retail partners and measurement of online marketing/promotion success • Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high quality user experience. • Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages. • Escalate issues or enhancements and suggest partner site improvements to retailer.com team and brand partners • Work with retail partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies Qualifications Qualifications • Position requires minimum of 5+ years of ecommerce experience • College degree required • Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills with proactive collaboration and problem solving skills • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong business writing skills • Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, reporting tools and ecommerce best practices Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
