With a strong foundation in product design and a full UAE market-entry plan already in place, we’re now ready to expand and build our presence in the region. We’re looking for a Market Entry & Brand Development Manager to lead our UAE launch and growth strategy. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone eager to build a brand from the ground up and make a measurable impact. What You’ll Do 🔹 Market Entry & Setup – Lead the UAE company setup process and implement our existing go-to-market strategy. 🔹 Retail & Partnerships – Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and boutiques. 🔹 E-Commerce & Digital – Manage our UAE e-commerce platform, logistics, and customer experience. 🔹 Marketing & Brand Activation – Coordinate influencer collaborations, digital campaigns, and localize our storytelling. 🔹 Customer Engagement – Collect feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and turn insights into action. 🔹 Operations & Management – Oversee inventory, forecasting, and performance KPIs. What We’re Looking For ✔ 5+ years in retail, fashion, or consumer goods (UAE experience preferred). ✔ Knowledge of the UAE retail ecosystem (distributors, malls, e-commerce, logistics). ✔ Proven track record in launching or scaling fashion/activewear brands. ✔ Experience managing agencies, influencers, and digital campaigns. ✔ Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, resourceful, and results-driven. ✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Arabic a plus).
