Role description
Title: Associate, Ads & Promotions Location: 100% Remote Duration: 4 Months About the Role β€’ We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our CPG Insights team as an Associate of Ads and Promotions. β€’ In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to support marketing campaigns that promote and celebrate our unique relationships with CPG partners. β€’ You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing client-facing reports, and identifying optimization opportunities to accelerate brand sales and category share growth. β€’ This is a truly unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand. What you’ll do β€’ Work closely with the ops and sales teams on scoping ad campaigns β€’ Gather data for client\`s marketing products and prepare data for subsequent analysis β€’ Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identify optimization opportunities β€’ Analyze the performance of client\`s marketing products and surface product performance insights to support sales efforts About you β€’ You have a passion for data with strong attention to detail β€’ You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company β€’ You value efficiency and quality β€’ You are a strong communicator and can prioritize across multiple projects Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree or higher β€’ 1-3 years’ experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand or tech company β€’ You have an understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods β€’ You are proficient in excel (can maintain large, complex data sets) β€’ You have experience using SQL to aggregate and cleanse data β€’ Thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and changing environment β€’ Strong organization and communication skills
