What We Need
The Brand Marketing team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help us bring campaigns to life from ideation to launch. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of our email, social, influencer, and site marketing efforts.

Support with building contracts and backend logistics that are parties are getting everything they need. Track content to ensure all posts go live as planned, documenting key performance data to make improvements to the impact of influencer placements.
• Assist with website/app analytics to improve conversion rate performance. Pull and organize data to identify top-performing content, creative, and products across the site to improve conversion rates. Assist the team in uncovering insights to inform future updates, and contribute to ongoing testing by preparing regular performance reports and light analysis.
• Social media support. Assist the social team as needed with day-to-day publishing needs, including scheduling posts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring content goes live accurately and on time across all platforms.
• Help with Executive team administrative tasks and light office management. Assist with coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and preparing agendas for key meetings. Occasionally support light office duties such as managing mail, shipping product, ordering snacks, and/or helping with events.
Qualifications
• 0–2 years of marketing, editorial, or ecommerce experience (internships welcome)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask across deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to work in our NYC office
Nice to Have
• Experience with tools like Asana, Figma, Klaviyo, or Shopify
• Basic understanding of influencer/affiliate marketing workflows
• Interest in children’s products, fashion, or digital retail
• A sharp eye for content and branding consistency
Hiring Philosophy
We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be better companies. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work is the right thing to do. We look forward to interest in our roles from all walks of life.
