We’re All Ball Pro, a fast-growing sports gear company making next-level rebounders and training gear for lacrosse, pickleball, and more. Our stuff’s used by elite athletes, schools, and everyday players across the U.S.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us blow this thing up in the best way possible. You’ll run social, launch content, pitch marketing collabs, and grow our e-commerce and B2B reach. You’ll work directly with our leadership team in Boca Raton. This is a full-time, in-house role.🔥 You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
• Running our social media (TikTok, Instagram)
• Working with influencers & creators in the sports space
• Creating short-form content (UGC, reels, how-tos, highlights, memes — go wild)
• Helping us run email campaigns, paid ads, and other digital growth tools
• Connecting with schools, coaches, & athletic programs to pitch our products
• Writing product copy and content that actually converts (not boring fluff)
🙌 You’re Probably:
• 1–3 years into your career (or an insanely good recent grad)
• A self-starter who thrives on creative freedom and big responsibility
• Into sports — you’ve played, coached, or just follow them closely
• Skilled in content creation, marketing tools (think Canva, Mailchimp, Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo)
• Comfortable making decisions and trying new stuff
• Based in or near South Florida, or willing to move here
💡 Bonus Points If:
• You’ve worked with sports brands or played lacrosse/pickleball
• You’ve built a brand, channel, or campaign from scratch
• You’re the kind of person who figures stuff out on YouTube before asking for help
