Please only apply if you have at least 3 years of experience in any one of the channels you think you are the best or if the platform is so new as it's impossible to hit that many years. Full remote; part time consulting to start. Bonuses for hitting above performance targets. Full time position (if candidate desires) once performance targets are hit. This role requires taking full ownership of growth marketing in a specific channel. The more self-directed you are the better. Please have a plan to create whatever assets you need via your own methods. We'll pay for them, but want you to be unrestricted in being able to deploy assets as much as possible. Position Summary: Are you a marketing expert with a strong background in the startup environment, Direct-to-Consumer and E-commerce? Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a plan within a specific marketing channel that produces measurable results. Hire or outsource creative groups to deliver assets for your plans (we will pay for these outside resources). Be the best in the channel that you are applying for. Communicate what you think will happen, what actually happens and how it's above or below plan on a constant basis. Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and continually optimize marketing efforts. Conduct testing and implement changes based on data insights to improve performance. Qualifications: You've done it before. You know how to do it again. Prescription medications or other highly regulated industries is a huge plus.
