Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This individual will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, managing online product listings, handling bulk custom orders, and overseeing daily order fulfillment operations. You will work closely with company leadership to help grow both e-commerce and wholesale channels. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a hands-on, small business environment and enjoys both creative marketing and operational execution. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media scheduling, and promotional planning • Prepare product listings and maintain inventory accuracy on platforms such as Shopify and Amazon • Respond to customer and wholesale inquiries via email and phone • Organize and package daily shipments of custom and retail orders with attention to accuracy and presentation • Assist with order customization including layout approval, proofing, and printing coordination • Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to manage production schedules and inventory restocking • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare basic reports for management review • Represent Cooler Comrade at occasional trade shows or outdoor promotional events (optional) Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, fulfillment, or customer service-related role (small business or e-commerce environment preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and social media platforms a plus • Comfortable lifting boxes up to 30 lbs and working in a mixed office/warehouse setting • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated About Us: Cooler Comrade, LLC is a Tuscaloosa-based promotional products company that designs and sells the patented Cooler Comrade™—a custom neoprene drink koozie that hangs directly on the handles of rotomolded coolers.
