Job Summary:
O Positiv Health is a womenβs health company based in Los Angeles, dedicated to supporting women throughout their lives with innovative health products. They are seeking a Marketing Insights Manager to enhance their marketing measurement and performance strategy, focusing on data analysis and strategic insights to inform media investment and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
β’ Own the end-to-end measurement framework, including data ingestion, analysis, experimentation, and insight generation
β’ Drive performance improvements across paid media and retention channels through thoughtful testing, modeling, and deep dives
β’ Lead all marketing measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and incrementally testing (geo testing, holdouts, etc.)
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop hypotheses, prioritize experimentation, and deliver impactful learnings that drive decision-making
β’ Partner directly with platform reps (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.) to align on success metrics and continuously improve media ROI
β’ Synthesize and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools that make data accessible and actionable
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing science roles
β’ Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
β’ Deep understanding of digital and retail media measurement methodologies (MTA, MMM, geo testing, incrementally)
β’ Highly analytical with a hypothesis-driven mindset
β’ Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex analyses
β’ Independent and self-motivated, yet knows how to collaborate and ask for input where it matters
β’ Business-minded: focused on delivering insights that drive decisions, not just analysis
β’ Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for learning
Preferred:
β’ Hands-on experience with ecommerce or DTC brand analytics preferred
β’ Experience working with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect)
β’ Comfort with marketing data architecture and integration pipelines
β’ Knowledge of customer lifetime value modeling, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
β’ Use of Sigma and Snowflake
