Most patients quit CPAP because the mask doesn’t fit. So we’re building a new one.
Vayu Sleep ends the one-size-fits-all failure of CPAP therapy with a mask precision-crafted through AI scanning and robotic 3D printing. By solving for fit, we eliminate leaks, discomfort, and dropout — helping more people, and more care teams, finally achieve sleep therapy that works.

We’re hiring our first Marketing Lead — a hands-on generalist who thrives on building from zero to one. You’ll take ownership of our go-to-market programs across content, email, paid, community, and lifecycle — translating a defined brand strategy into real-world traction. You’ll move fast, test smart, and build a marketing engine designed to scale
What You’ll Do
This is a highly collaborative role with clear ownership. You’ll work closely with our founders, advisors, and creative partners — but you’ll be the one driving marketing execution, learning fast, and turning insights into action.
In your first 90 days, you’ll help get the brand ready to launch: activating core surfaces, building out our acquisition and lifecycle flows, and bringing the product to life across organic, paid, and community channels.
Go-to-Market Execution
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Build and manage automated email flows for pre-purchase, onboarding, and retention
• Manage Shopify content and merchandising (no coding required); coordinate updates with design/development partners
Content & Brand Expression
• Bring our brand to life across all touchpoints — copy, visuals, and tone
• Create educational and conversion-focused content (blogs, emails, social, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and design partners to maintain brand consistency and elevate the experience
Community & Advocacy
• Engage with peer-led spaces like Facebook groups, Reddit, and YouTube where CPAP users share advice
• Source and share real user stories that build trust and normalize therapy
• Identify and partner with micro-influencers in sleep, health, and wellness; help shape early-stage referral and ambassador programs
Insights & Optimization
• Track and report on key KPIs including CAC, LTV, CTRs, open rates, and churn
• Use tools like Hubspot, Klaviyo, and GA to manage automations, segmentation, attribution, and performance
• Coordinate campaigns and experiments across functions with strong organizational habits
