Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated and results-driven Marketing Lead to join our growing team to be the “Face of Wallauer”. As the Marketing Lead, you are the creative force and strategic thinker behind our multi-location brand presence. This role owns the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, events, and in-store experiences. You'll champion consistent branding, drive promotional success, and lead content development that engages customers, energizes employees, and fuels growth. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute omnichannel sales campaigns including print, digital, social media, radio, e-mail, and in-store signage. • Design and produce promotional materials like flyers, postcards, digital banners, print ads, and window displays. • Lead event marketing for flagship initiatives such as Contractor Appreciation Month, Annual ProShow, and grand openings. • Manage the company website and e-commerce channels (e.g., Shopify), keeping promotions current and product listings optimized. • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, social media, YouTube, and streaming platforms. • Create engaging social content and manage local SEO, online profiles, and customer review strategies. • Oversee in-store branding and signage, coordinating with vendors and municipalities for visual compliance and installation. • Administer co-op marketing programs and maintain detailed budget tracking and invoice reconciliation. • Support internal employee engagement with branded apparel, business cards, posters, and employee-facing materials. Job Qualifications • Experience in marketing, advertising, or retail-focused campaign management • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) • Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS, and email marketing platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact • Strong writing and editing skills for ads, emails, and internal documents • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project management skills • Comfortable working with store teams, vendors, printers, and external partners • Familiarity with signage design and production • Understanding of SEO, PPC campaigns, and co-op marketing programs • Familiarity in event promotion and community marketing • Proficiency with Google Analytics and tracking tools such as SEMrush What You Bring to Wallauer • Visual design and copywriting skills • Digital marketing expertise, including paid media, SEO, and email campaigns • Project management and vendor coordination • Passion for retail and brand storytelling across physical and digital touchpoints Why Join Wallauer? • Employee Ownership: ESOP program — share in the company’s success! • Competitive compensation based on experience • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA.
