THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support Ancient + Braveβs ambitious growth trajectory in the USA. In this role, youβll help deliver best-in-class marketing strategy whilst scaling brand awareness at speed, delivering bold marketing communications with creative to match and new product launches (NPD) launches that expand our customer base.
This is a crucial role that touches every part of our marketing mix and will be working across all commercial channels (Direct to Consumer, Amazon & Retail), executing marketing activations to launching new products, and owning all brand collateral. Youβll be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively and cross-functionally at all levels and with all departments (Content, Design, ECommerce, Partnerships, Nutrition, Retail and Innovation) as well as external agencies and partners.
The role reports to the Marketing Director and will be based in the US, ideally in LA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Guardianship:
+ Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity and brand voice across all channels - ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines but ensuring US market local relevance
+ Oversee the creation of brand assets working closely with the global brand team
+ Work with the team and internal nutritional experts to ensure we operating in a compliant way for the US market, becoming a brand guardian to ensure our credibility following health compliance frameworks that have been set by legal
Brand Strategy Support:
+ Constantly reflect on the brand's positioning, value proposition, and US target audience (learning and refining where needed)
+ Engage with, manage and conduct consumer insight, including brand tracking & social listening data - to learn more about their needs and wants, test assumptions and support the Marketing Director in turning it into insights to help shape brand activity and opportunities for brand differentiation
Marketing and Advertising:
+ Develop marketing strategies, brand campaigns & materials to scale across all channels (DTC, Amazon and retail marketing) and constantly assess performance to optimise our approach
+ Lead on identifying and executing relevant cultural & local brand partnerships in the USA with a focus on LA & NY, that can also benefit the brand on a global level
+ Partner with key networks and brands (e.g. wellness hubs, fitness studios and female networks) to reach our audience at scale with appropriate activations
+ Own the podcast media plan and budget, developing scripts and evaluating performance as well as advising on relevant podcasts to partner with
+ Manage the production and delivery of assets for paid advertising, especially digital.
Represent the brand at large-scale events across the USA where required including pop-up consumer activations
+ Manage advertising initiatives across various channels as the brand grows, including digital, print, outdoor and TV/AV
+ Evaluate campaign performance and build out the brand reporting function, setting clear objectives and KPIs and sharing insights for continuous improvement
Project & Team Management:
+ Manage multiple projects seamlessly and have a meticulous attention to detail
+ Work closely with the wider brand, digital and commercial/retail teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end integration across all channels & productive working relationships
+ Work with our leading US PR & Influencer agency on day-to-day management to ensure they have the tools they need to excel and become an extension of our team
+ Develop direct relationships with experts & influencers across LA, NY and beyond
Budget Management:
+ Support the Marketing Director on executing the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI

+ Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within the beauty or wellness industry, with direct to consumer and retail brand
+ Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns at pace and juggling multiple projects at once
+ Ability to seek out and develop new opportunities for brand building, using existing networks and consumer insight available
+ Creative thinker with experience in developing and executing bold marketing communications
+ Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
+ Have a number of commercially successful and highly regarded creative campaigns and NPD launches under your belt and a good understanding of key brand metrics and an ability to interpret data and ask the right questions
