About The Brand/Role Summary
We are a fashion brand celebrating artistic expression and hand-process driven craftsmanship. The majority of our revenue currently comes from wholesale. We’re carried by over 120 stores in the US and Europe including Net-A-Porter, Bergdorf Goodman and Shopbop. We see a big opportunity to have our website performance match the awareness and reach we already have with retailers. Our goal is to grow the marketing department as we scale our online sales.
The Marketing Manager leads our two-person department, setting strategy, owning the annual marketing calendar, and driving execution across digital, experiential, and direct-to-consumer channels. We’re an ambitious company and for the role we’re looking for a candidate who is excited to increase brand awareness, lead our website growth, and customer lifetime value.
• 3 days week/ Brooklyn
• Reports to CEO
• Direct report: 1 x Marketing Coordinator
• Launches 4 collections/year
• Works with PR and Creative Agency + showroom during markets (NY, LA, Paris)
• Holds monthly trunkshows, pop ups and events with a PR veteran
• Budget for Lookbook, Ecomm Shoots, online advertising, 2x Non model campaign shoots, runway show, events
• Website is run on Shopify, email platform is Klaviyo and for influencer gifting uses ShopMy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Marketing Calendar plan 12-month campaigns, launches, and key seasonal moments; lock critical paths for social, email, events, and product drops.
Data-Driven Planning track traffic, conversion, CAC, loyalty metrics, and ROAS; convert insights into weekly trade actions.
Campaign and Content Leadership Across All Channels lead conversations with our outside agencies, art director/photographer to develop online marketing strategies, campaigns and content; oversee content pillars, creator partnerships, and paid amplification. Oversee distribution of campaigns across all channels: email, social, website, online advertising.
Creative Content Production produce lookbooks, campaign shoots, and video assets; steward brand aesthetic and file delivery.
Brand Collaborations research partners, build proposals, negotiate terms, and steer joint marketing plans.
Online Advertising oversee online advertising agencies and provide campaign content.
Events & Runway Shows oversee production, concepts, budgets, and timelines; manage external show producers, stylists, and PR agencies; own end-to-end guest experience.
Influencers & Ambassadors Collaborate with the PR agency to manage influencer partnerships and strategies, for both on and off ShopMy.
Website Merchandising oversee product launch sequencing, editorial modules, and A/B tests that raise conversion rate and AOV.
Customer Experience Oversight set CX tone and SLAs; analyze feedback loops to improve product and service quality.
Team Leadership coach the Marketing Coordinator; manage freelancers; maintain budget discipline. Help recruit and oversee the growing team.
Be informed stay up to date about industry developments, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
• 5–7 years in omni-channel marketing, with at least 2 years managing people or agencies; fashion or luxury experience required.
• Proven ability to translate data into creative strategy and measurable growth
• Fluency in Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and basic Canva / Figma / Adobe.
• Track record of producing high-profile events or presentations (runway, pop-up, or experiential).
• Strong vendor-management skills; comfortable owning budgets.
• Excellent written and visual communication; innate eye for elevated aesthetics.
Nice to Have
• Experience with loyalty or membership programs.
• Network of fashion editors, stylists, and influencers.
