We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand to the next level. Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales. This role includes managing the overall marketing strategy and budget, social media platforms, overseeing the web-store, coordinating photoshoots, managing product samples, and ensuring the company’s online presence is optimized for search engines with a solid understanding of SEO strategies. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, self-motiving, able to prioritize and manage company initiatives along with customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: • Define and execute the brand’s overall marketing strategy in line with the company’s overall goals • Implement seasonal, short-term, and long-term marketing strategies • Manage marketing budget 2.Brand Building & Positioning • Build a strong lifestyle brand identity • Define clear target customer avatars • Ensure consistent messaging across all forms of communication • Grow a loyal community following 1. Marketing & Sample Assets Coordination • Photoshoots • Digital content (social media, email, etc) • Physical content (look books, store displays, banners, etc) • Organize, catalog, track samples 1. Social Media • Build, grow, and maintain a strong social presence with a loyal and engaged follower base across all active platforms 1. Marketing Analytics • Track customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, etc. • Use data to continuously improve all metrics 1. Shopify Management: • Maintain and update the company’s web-store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and photos. • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches. • Assist with order fulfillment and customer service inquiries related to the website • Optimize the online shopping experience through design and content improvements. • Implement a seasonal promotion strategy that leverage Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other peak shopping days 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): • Implement and optimize SEO strategies for the website and social media to improve organic search rankings. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic and improve content visibility. • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Collaborate with the operations and design team to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. • Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation. • Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations. • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEO tools. • Experience coordinating photoshoots and working with creative teams. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be flexible in supporting the company’s initiative. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinking with an eye for visual storytelling. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) is a plus. • Experience with Google Analytics, social media platform ad managers, and email marketing platforms.
