Acara Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client, a supplier of fall protection and safety solutions in Rochester, NY! As the Marketing Manager, you will drive lead generation, grow e-commerce sales, and boost brand awareness across digital and traditional channels. You'll work with leadership to execute strategy, manage a small team, and coordinate with vendors to hit performance goals. Key Responsibilities: • Execute marketing plans • Increase leads and online revenue via PPC, SEO, social media, and trade shows • Manage content creation (blogs, landing pages, product copy) and marketing campaigns • Lead weekly planning and assign tasks to team members • Oversee vendor relationships and report marketing spend • Deliver monthly reports on leads, quotes, web traffic, and content • Collaborate with leadership and finance to align strategy and budget This role blends strategy, team management, and hands-on execution!
