Job Description: Marketing Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus Hours: 40 hours weekly Contract Type: Full-Time Contractor Reports to: Executive Team Christin Marie Studio Overview: Christin Marie Studio is a fast-growing, Los Angeles-based jewelry brand reimagining fashion with craftsmanship, storytelling, and inclusivity at its core. We specialize in handmade jewelry using self-sourced materials and a commitment to quality, creative direction, and trend-driven design. Role Overview: As our Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic and operational lead for all marketing and growth efforts at CMS. You will oversee and drive execution across content production, digital growth platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Instagram), brand positioning, campaign management, influencer/affiliate relations, and cross-channel strategies. This individual will sit at the intersection of creativity and performance, building marketing systems that scale while reinforcing brand integrity. This role is ideal for a leader with a creative lens and analytical mindset who thrives in a startup environment and wants to build a best-in-class marketing function. Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Marketing Leadership & Team Oversight • Lead, mentor, and manage CMS’s full content and digital growth team. • Create clear weekly deliverables, KPIs, and growth targets for all team members. • Serve as the primary marketing strategist and lead collaborator with Ops, Product, and Creative. • Conduct weekly leadership syncs and monthly team performance reviews. Integrated Marketing Strategy • Develop and own quarterly and annual marketing plans directly tied to CMS’s Product Road Map and Campaign Calendar. • Build promotional strategies for major launches, drops, tentpole moments, and brand activations. • Align with creative and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts match production and inventory realities. Content & Brand Direction • Oversee content planning and execution across TikTok, Instagram, email, website, and Amazon. • Ensure CMS’s brand voice, storytelling, and aesthetic are consistent and elevated. • Collaborate with the Creative Director on visual narratives and ad-optimized content. • Lead ideation and creative briefs for photo/video production and short-form content. Platform Growth & Channel Management • Drive performance and optimization across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. • Own affiliate and influencer strategy—sourcing, activating, and scaling high-performing partners. • Manage cross-channel analytics, A/B testing, and engagement strategies to grow audience and conversions. Campaign & Calendar Execution • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns: planning, asset development, deployment, and recap. • Maintain and enforce a clear campaign calendar synced with product releases and sales events. • Work with Project Manager to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables. • Reporting & Data-Driven Insights • Build weekly and monthly marketing dashboards with clear ROI insights. • Translate data into clear action—identifying winning content, platform trends, and customer behavior shifts. • Present learnings and recommendations to leadership monthly. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital growth—preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. • Deep experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon storefronts, and social commerce tools. • Proven success managing teams and collaborating across departments. • Strong copywriting, brand voice development, and content strategy skills. • Experience building affiliate/influencer programs and driving measurable ROI. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative, startup-like environment.
