What Youβll Do
β’ Own and optimize marketing automation and campaign infrastructure in HubSpot
β’ Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and campaign execution
β’ Lead lifecycle management: scoring, segmentation, and funnel visibility
β’ Analyze campaign attribution and report on marketing impact
β’ Maintain marketing database hygiene and segmentation strategy
β’ Partner with Sales Ops to support lead routing and pipeline visibility
β’ Create persona-based sales enablement content and tools
β’ Manage CRM data enrichment and product marketing data across platforms
β’ Support e-commerce visibility and digital catalog initiatives
β’ Lead the setup and optimization of HubSpot Service Hub tools
β’ Enhance self-service capabilities and customer communication
Requirements
What You Bring
β’ 3+ years in marketing operations, automation, or digital campaign execution
β’ Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
β’ Strong grasp of CRM segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking
β’ Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
β’ Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) is a plus
β’ Curious, creative, and eager to explore AI in marketing ops
β’ Team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
