We sell directly to consumers through our e-commerce platform and also to teams, schools, and facilities through our B2B channels. With the rise of pickleball and rapid expansion of lacrosse nationwide, we’re primed for our next growth phase—and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and scrappy teammate to help lead the charge. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Growth Specialist to take the reins of brand building, lead generation, and revenue-driving initiatives across digital and B2B sales channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves turning great ideas into action—and action into results. What You’ll Do • Own marketing strategy and execution across e-commerce and institutional (B2B) sales channels • Plan and run performance-driven digital campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and paid ads • Drive social content and influencer strategy, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Pitch and close B2B deals with athletic directors, schools, clubs, and training facilities • Build and manage key partnerships with coaches, trainers, athletes, and sports programs • Analyze performance data (sales, conversion, ROAS, etc.) to iterate and improve campaigns • Create product positioning and messaging aligned with each target audience (consumer & B2B) • Represent All Ball Pro at select tournaments, trade shows, and industry events What We’re Looking For • 1–5 years of marketing, e-commerce, or sales experience, ideally in a sports, DTC, or CPG company • Demonstrated experience growing an audience or driving online conversions • Strong familiarity with social media, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer collaboration • Entrepreneurial spirit—you take ownership, love learning, and aren’t afraid to test bold ideas • Experience with (or understanding of) sports culture—bonus for lacrosse or pickleball background • Bonus if you’ve worked in a small business, start-up, or built something yourself Why Join All Ball Pro • Help define the future of a high-growth sports brand with national reach • Work side-by-side with company leadership in a collaborative, fast-moving culture • See the impact of your work immediately and directly • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunities • Located in Boca Raton, FL – enjoy the sunshine while building something great Ready to Join the Team?
