Our client, a wholesale apparel company, is seeking a Marketplace & Growth Strategist to join their team in NYC! This person will drive the full build and launch of a digital marketplace presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities
• Launch and scale sales on TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, Shein, and other marketplaces.
• Create platform-specific strategies for content, promotions, and algorithm optimization.
• Build and lead a new digital team, setting structure and processes from day one.
• Oversee product photography, short-form video, and AI-powered content creation.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
• Use AI tools to streamline content, personalization, and ad performance.
• Analyze data to guide decisions, improve results, and shape global product strategy.
• Bridge wholesale operations with a DTC e-commerce approach.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in e-commerce growth, marketplace strategy, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least two platforms: TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, Shein.
• Proven ability to build teams, processes, or new business channels from scratch.
• Strong creative vision paired with analytical skills.
• Up-to-date on social commerce, influencer marketing, and AI-driven tools.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
