We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Buyer to take ownership of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns—scaling profitable growth while staying fully compliant with each platform’s advertising policies.
Role Overview
As the Paid Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure our ad spend delivers maximum ROI, drives customer acquisition, and strengthens our brand presence.
This role requires a blend of data-driven decision-making and creative testing—balancing performance metrics with compelling storytelling to connect with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Create platform-specific strategies for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
• Research and analyze competitive ad landscapes to identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management
• Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to meet ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals.
• Oversee creative testing, including ad copy, imagery, and video concepts.
• Manage budgets daily, reallocating spend to maximize profitability.
• Implement A/B tests on targeting, placements, creative, and bidding strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all platforms.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to track campaign impact.
Compliance & Best Practices
• Ensure all ad campaigns follow platform advertising guidelines—especially for dietary supplements.
• Stay up-to-date on algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging trends.
• Maintain a deep understanding of FTC, FDA, and platform compliance for supplement advertising.
Qualifications
Required:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ads at scale.
• Proven track record of scaling ad accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $50K+.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with e-commerce brands, preferably in CPG or supplements.
• Familiarity with creative testing and ad content development.
• Proficiency with tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
Preferred:
• Experience in the health, fitness, or dietary supplement industry.
