Job Summary:
Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, supports a wide range of services for its family of grocery brands. The Product Manager for Brand Enablement will align corporate strategy with brand leadership, facilitating the launch of eCommerce products while managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring ongoing platform adoption.
Responsibilities:
β’ Drive corporate strategy alignment across brand and ADUSA Digital roadmap/product strategy
β’ Act as a bridge between ADUSA Digital and Giant Food - ensuring capabilities that drive customer engagement and growth
β’ Partner with brand to support roll out strategies for new features and capabilities on ADUSA Digital roadmap
β’ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop product growth strategies
β’ Must organize with independence, develop a strong understanding of our customers and platform, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business value
β’ Blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving, and agile execution
β’ Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions
β’ Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product from Giant Food.
β’ This role is also expected to travel to Giant Foodβs store locations.
β’ Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress/timeline
β’ Managing the programβs budget
β’ Managing business risks and issues
β’ Coordinating the project and their interdependencies
β’ Managing stakeholdersβ communication - SteerCo meetings, program meetings, status reports, etc.
β’ Defining the program governance in alignment with AD governance requirements (as applicable)
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
β’ 3-5 years direct experience in a digital environment in a relevant capacity
β’ 5+ years overall relevant experience
β’ Experience working in an Agile development environment and managing iteration-level deliverables
Preferred:
β’ Consulting or product management experience preferred
β’ Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β’ Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
β’ Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management across technical and non-technical teams alike
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
