Function: Brand
Reports to: Head of Brand & Creative
Location: London 3 Days per week / Hybrid

Your Mission:
To design creative assets that elevate The Beauty Crop to a cult brand, with a focus on creating cohesive assets across our digital channels and elevating our core branding.
Core Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to develop The Beauty Crops future brand identity
• Work closely with the CRM team to deliver exciting and engaging email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create digital ads that generate strong performance and revenue
• Partner with the social media team to deliver graphics for social channels
• Collaborate with the ecommerce team to deliver graphics and banners for our website
• Be a brand guardian, endlessly look for opportunities to elevate our brand and ensure consistency across all channels
• Take ownership of you’re workload managing your capacity and priorities
• Take on any ahoc design projects - this could be anything from out of home advertising to press lookbooks
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in a graphic design role and a strong portfolio
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premier Pro)
• Video and animation experience using Premier Pro or After Effects
• Strong eye for detail, highly organised and proactive
• An interest and awareness of the ever changing digital marketing trends and design
• Passionate about branding and excited about maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborative and willing to get stuck into any creative project that comes your way
• Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution
• Calm under pressure and a positive attitude
• Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
