About The Job
The eCommerce National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Qunolβs ecommerce sales across our Amazon core portfolio (CoQ10 & Turmeric). This role will drive account-specific strategy, own the commercial relationship, and lead innovation and geo-expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, and experienced in managing ecommerce accounts in the health or CPG space.
Main Responsibilities
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for the Amazon business, owning all aspects of account management including sales forecasting, operations, and performance reporting.
β’ Plan, manage, and optimize promotional calendars including Coupons, Deals of the Day, Lightning Deals, Subscribe & Save, and Vendor/Seller-funded programs.
β’ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align promotions with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
β’ Analyze promotional ROI and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
β’ Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
β’ Identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to accelerate growth.
β’ Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, conversion, and brand integrity.
β’ Manage A+ content, Storefront updates, and merchandising initiatives.
β’ Partner with media teams to plan and execute Amazon Advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, DSP, etc.) that support awareness and conversion.
β’ Evaluate paid media performance and continuously optimize spend.
β’ Work cross-functionally with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.
β’ Monitor stock levels, avoid OOS and overstock situations, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
β’ Maintain a strong relationship with Amazon account managers (if applicable), keeping them informed on business updates and collaborating on growth initiatives.
About You
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
β’ 5+ years of eCommerce or CPG sales experience, with at least 2 years managing Amazon or similar platforms.
β’ Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing online sales and managing account-level P&Ls.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build and maintain dashboards
β’ Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including retail media, content optimization, and digital merchandising.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
β’ Highly organized, data-savvy, and results-oriented.
