Role description

Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ACV (All Commodity Volume), POD (Product On Display), and overall sales within Club, Mass, and E-Commerce channels.
β’ Plan, execute, and track trade promotions, retail events, and product activations to maximize sales impact.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buying teams, brokers, and business manager partners.
β’ Lead market entry planning and new product introductions for retail and e-commerce channels.
β’ Oversee order processing, invoicing, and AR (Accounts Receivable) clearing processes to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Monitor, track, and report on promotional events and sales performance.
β’ Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, retail partners, and vendors.
β’ Generate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for senior leadership.
β’ Provide training and guidance to sales team members to enhance capabilities and performance.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, operations, and supply chain objectives.
β’ Ensure sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability benchmarks are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
β’ 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale retail accounts such as Walmart, Costco, Samβs Club, and Amazon.
β’ In-depth understanding of Club, Mass, and E-Commerce class of trade dynamics.
β’ Strong experience in trade promotions, new product launches, and retail execution.
β’ Excellent relationship-building skills with key buyers, brokers, and business partners.
β’ Solid knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and AR clearing processes.
β’ Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail portals and reporting tools is preferred.
β’ Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Team-oriented leadership style with the ability to coach and develop sales team members.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend key events.
