NetSuite / Integrations Developer Location: Remote (US-based preferred) Type: Contract (12+ months, 20–40 hrs/week) Stable10 is supporting a rapidly growing wholesaler that is scaling its operations and systems. They are refining NetSuite processes, expanding eCommerce presence, and improving system integrations to support sales, operations, and customer experience. This is the perfect opportunity for a Developer to join a firm that is committed to investing in their NetSuite system for a long-term engagement, working alongside a well-established internal NetSuite Lead. Role Overview Seeking a NetSuite / Integrations Developer to enhance, maintain, and streamline our client's NetSuite environment and connected systems. This role is hands-on, working closely with the NetSuite/Systems Lead and leadership team to deliver sustainable improvements across ERP, eCommerce, and integrations. What You’ll Do NetSuite Development • Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts, workflows, and customizations. • Review existing codebase to identify redundancies and inefficiencies (especially in PO lifecycle management) and simplify where possible. • Implement best practices for scalability and maintainability. Integration Support • Build and optimize Celigo integration flows. • Support Shopify platform build-out, ensuring backend systems meet operational and marketing needs. PDF & Content Management • Improve and manage PDF rendering workflows. • Ensure product, sales, and operational documents are accurate and consistent. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing • Create and maintain documentation for all scripts, workflows, integrations, and automations. • Serve as a go-to resource for process/system knowledge, ensuring long-term clarity and maintainability. What We’re Looking For • NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, workflows, custom records). • Strong knowledge of system integrations (Celigo preferred; other middleware a plus). • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms. • Familiarity with PDF rendering/customization within NetSuite. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Self-directed and proactive, able to manage work independently while keeping stakeholders updated. Engagement Details • Duration: 12+ months • Hours: Minimum 20 hrs/week, ideally 30–40 hrs/week • Collaboration: Work closely with Systems Lead and leadership; weekly progress reporting expected.
