Role description
As our Online Listing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind turning excess inventory into opportunity. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in crafting high-impact product listings, ensuring seamless fulfillment, and strategically upselling to maximize every customer interaction. With your sharp eye for detail and passion for eCommerce, you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every platform we sell on. Working closely with our purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams, you’ll help shape the strategy behind how we move product, serve customers, and grow revenue—one smart listing at a time. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and manage online product listings across multiple platforms (the Chariot website, eBay, Amazon, KSL). Write, monitor, and update compelling product content for all listings. Set pricing in accordance with IMAP policy standards. Create and manage product orders using SAP B1. Generate product quotes and invoices for product sales. Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams for accurate stock tracking and seamless order fulfillment. Maintain and update product spreadsheets and website pages. Coordinate rotation and display of clearance items in the showroom. Work with the purchasing team to identify and manage stock. Explore and evaluate new online marketplaces for product expansion. Track sales performance and revenue for all clearance listings. Use SEO, Google Sheets/Excel, and web analytics to optimize listings and sales strategies. Provide responsive customer service, including warranty and return support for clearance items.
