Graffeo Coffee Operations Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person)
About Graffeo Coffee
Graffeo Coffee is the oldest coffee roaster in San Francisco, crafting ultra-premium coffee in the heart of North Beach since 1935. We make one blend in two roasts, taking no shortcuts and holding every batch to an uncompromising standard. Our coffee is served in Michelin-starred restaurants and gourmet independent grocery stores around the Bay Area and Beverly Hills.
Recently acquired by a San Francisco-based family office, Graffeo is entering its next chapter: an ambitious national expansion to become the Next Great American Brand. As Ruth Reichl of the New York Times put it, βTo me, Graffeo Coffee is rich, full and never bitter.β Itβs a standard weβre proud to protect and eager to build upon.
The Role: Operations Manager

This is a high-responsibility role for a sharp, detail-oriented operator with exceptional follow-through and a deep sense of ownership. You will be trusted to manage day-to-day operations across our San Francisco roastery and retail locations, ensuring everything functions with discipline, care, and urgency. You are a natural problem-solver who can spot issues before they arise and can step in to lead when needed.
