Role description
β’ Operations Manager β Fashion & E-Commerce
β’ We're looking for an Operations Manager as a leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing all operational aspects of our fashion e-commerce brand. This position requires full ownership of daily functions, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to keep the team aligned while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The right candidate knows how to build structure, is deeply engaged with the day-to-day, and supports the back-end continued growth with precision and care.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of the Brand, providing clear, consistent operational updates and ensuring leadership has a full visibility into business .
β’ Responsibilities

β’ Active on daily business operations, ensuring all functions; e-commerce, logistics, inventory management, and team coordination run seamlessly from start to finish.
β’ Manage inventory end-to-end: track stock levels, place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, oversee receiving, and ensure products are posted accurately and on time to our Shopify Store.
β’ Lead team alignment and communication by setting clear expectations, defining roles, and holding everyone accountable.
β’ Manage operational timelines for product launches, restocks, and marketing rollouts, ensuring deadlines are met without last-minute issues.
β’ Monitor and report on operational performance using Excel, pivot tables, and KPIs related to fulfillment accuracy, inventory health, and on-time launches.
β’ Manage calendars, team permissions, and access controls to ensure smooth coordination of schedules and responsibilities.
β’ Leads HR functions, including onboarding, documentation of roles, and consistent communication with team members to keep processes clear.
β’ Collaborate with all departments to ensure information flows correctly and execution remains aligned.
β’ Drive continuous process optimization to scale operations efficiently and maintain high standards.
β’ Handle problem-solving daily, resolving issues quickly, whether operational, supplier-related, or team-related.
β’ Utilize project management tools and operational software to track progress, assign tasks, and maintain alignment across teams.
