Position Summary This position is a warehouse position and you need to come to the office M-F. At Hype and Vice, we combine fashion and college spirit to create licensed apparel that's bold, stylish, and fun. As we continue to grow our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel, we're looking for a dedicated Order Fulfillment Manager to lead our online fulfillment operations. Responsibilities • Oversee the entire DTC order fulfillment process — picking, packing, and shipping all online orders via Shopify • Ensure daily shipping deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded • Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, creating efficient workflows and fostering accountability • Maintain accurate inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages or issues • Work closely with our e-commerce and operations teams to optimize processes • Handle returns, reshipments, and related customer service issues when needed • Monitor and continuously improve shipping speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or apparel • Proven management experience — you’ve successfully led a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to implement structure and accountability • Experience with Shopify and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, EasyPost) • Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and setting performance goals • Spanish fluency preferred — many of our warehouse staff are native Spanish speakers • A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you take ownership and get things done Perks: • Employee discount on Hype and Vice products • Fun, dynamic team culture • Opportunity to grow with the company • 401K, Health insurance, PTO, sick days.
