Our client is a much loved, high growth Ecommerce Retailer. They are a £100+ million turnover business who are growing market share by expanding their product ranges and launching into new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in the development of the brands Paid Media strategy and achievements.
• Your focus will be to drive PPC performance forward, taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful change where opportunities are presented.
• Fully optimise PPC campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan.
• Managing a substantial Paid Media budget - £10+ Million
• You’ll be supported by both the wider in house Paid Media specialist team and their partnered Digital agency.
• Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
• Analyse performance and campaign activity, reporting on key commercials and achievements.
• Paid Search, Shopping & Display
Previous skills & experience required:
• Experienced in similar senior roles, taking ownership over the PPC strategy and activity. Ecommerce experience is preferred (agency or in house), comfortable with the pace of an Ecommerce retail environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to develop a long-term strategy with hands-on ability to get things done.
• Previous experience working with a Digital agency is ideal, but not essential.
• Previous experience in people management, or a desire to do so.
• You are commercially minded, appreciating and using the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results.
