Job Summary:
Weβre seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Search Analyst to join our digital paid media team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns (primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), with a focus on driving performance, improving ROI, and meeting business objectives. Youβll work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and analytics, to ensure paid search efforts align with broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms
β’ Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage ad extensions and audience targeting
β’ Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
β’ A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
β’ Develop and present regular campaign reports and insights to internal stakeholders
β’ Collaborate with SEO, display, and social teams to align paid search with broader digital strategies
β’ Stay current with search engine trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Qualifications & Experience:
β’ 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, with an emphasis on lead generation in direct-to-consumer marketing.
β’ Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Ads
β’ Strong working knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, keyword research, and A/B testing.
β’ Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker
β’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
β’ Excellent communication, analytic, and strategic thinking skills.
β’ Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner)
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Google Ads Certification(s) preferred
β’ Experience with campaign tracking platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar) is a bonus
