About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Paid Search Manager to take ownership of campaign planning, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other key search platforms. This is a fast-paced agency environment where you’ll work with ambitious brands, lead client conversations, and deliver performance that speaks for itself. You’ll also mentor junior execs, contribute ideas for smarter processes, and help shape how Paid Search is run across the team.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing
• Define campaign delivery plans, KPIs, and reporting structures
• Keep a close eye on budgets and performance, optimizing in real time
• Spot opportunities for automation, testing, and new approaches to drive results
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, presenting strategy and results with confidence
• Share knowledge, mentor juniors, and help build best practice across the team
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years’ experience running Paid Search campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and pulling insights that guide optimization
