As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and scale our performance marketing channels.Role Overview The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others). This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll own campaign performance, deliver strong ROI, and play a key part in scaling our growth.Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and lead paid social strategy, managing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. β€’ Own audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget management. β€’ Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives that resonate with our audience. β€’ Monitor performance daily, analysing results and delivering insights and actionable recommendations. β€’ Run structured A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging. β€’ Report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other core e-commerce metrics. β€’ Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and competitor activity to maintain performance advantage. β€’ Work closely with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure a joined-up approach to acquisition and retention.Requirements β€’ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or D2C. β€’ Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition at scale. β€’ Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. β€’ Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. β€’ Experience briefing creatives and optimising for performance. β€’ Highly organised, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working hybrid (2 days in-office).Nice to Have β€’ Experience managing campaigns on Pinterest, Snapchat, or YouTube. β€’ Broader performance marketing knowledge (Google Ads, affiliates, email, etc.). β€’ Experience scaling brands internationally.Benefits β€’ Competitive salary (dependent on experience). β€’ Hybrid working model (2 days in London office, 3 days remote). β€’ 25 days holiday bank holidays. β€’ Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing e-commerce brand. β€’ Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow.
