We help DTC brands accelerate their U.S. success, expand globally, and scale profitably through Amazon Ads, DSP, and full-funnel off-Amazon advertising. Our team manages $800M+ in client sales across 15+ marketplaces and continues to be the go-to partner for brands looking to dominate their categories. Role Overview We are seeking a Paid Social Manager with strong experience driving traffic and revenue for DTC brands through TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. This role will focus on building and executing paid media strategies that fuel top-of-funnel growth, retargeting, and customer acquisition for our client portfolio. This position requires a growth-driven mindset, deep knowledge of paid traffic strategies, and a track record of scaling campaigns profitably. Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads for DTC and eCommerce clients. • Build full-funnel advertising strategies (awareness, retargeting, conversion) aligned with brand objectives. • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute data-driven optimizations. • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop ad concepts, hooks, and high-performing content. • Report campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating ROI and growth opportunities. • Stay ahead of trends in paid social and search, testing new features and growth tactics proactively. • Ensure ad budgets are effectively managed to maximize profitability. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns for DTC brands. • Proven track record of scaling TikTok, Meta, and Google campaigns profitably. • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable managing large budgets. • Understanding of eCommerce funnels, conversion metrics, and attribution. • Creative thinker with ability to generate ad angles and collaborate on content production. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Agency experience is a strong plus. • Amazon Ads/DSP knowledge is a plus, but not required.
