Role description
We’re Hiring: Two Full-Time Roles in Fort Worth, TX Join our growing Royal Enfield dealership—we’re expanding both our online operations and in-store team, and looking for two motivated people to jump in and grow with us. We’re a franchisee for Royal Enfield, the fastest-growing motorcycle brand in the world. Whether you’re into bikes or just want a fast-moving, hands-on role in a small business—this could be the place for you. 1. E-Commerce Assistant (Full-Time) Pay Band $18–$22 per hour This is an end-to-end role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of our online sales across Shopify, eBay, and Amazon. You’ll do it all—from listing new products and managing inventory to pulling, packing, and shipping orders, as well as providing basic customer support and keeping the site up to date. You’ll be doing things like: • Creating and managing product listings • Organising and uploading product photos/descriptions • Monitoring stock levels, pricing and order statuses • Pulling, packing, and shipping orders daily • Coordinating incoming merchandise (gear, helmets, parts) • Providing customer support (online + occasionally in person) • Supporting online promotions and keeping the website current What helps: • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay • Strong attention to detail and written communication • Good with systems and learning new tools • Physically capable of lifting boxes and packing orders • Motorcycle interest = bonus (but not required) 1. Office Administrator & Support Assistant (Full-Time) Pay band $17–$21 per hour This is a varied, people-focused role supporting our in-store operations, admin systems, and sales team. If you love staying organised, helping people, and keeping things running behind the scenes, you’ll thrive here. You’ll be doing things like: • Updating our website and showroom with accurate inventory • Keeping our digital filing and finance admin tidy • Helping manage our email inbox and responding to queries • Supporting the owner and sales team with daily tasks • Maintaining the storeroom and apparel displays • Answering phones and helping walk-in customers • Pitching in wherever needed—every day is different What helps: • Admin or office experience (or great attitude!) • Strong organisational skills and communication • Comfortable juggling tasks and staying proactive • Friendly, helpful, and hands-on Why work with us?
