Role description
This role will be instrumental in expanding our digital footprint by managing our referral marketing programme and growing our presence across organic social media channels via partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and growth. This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Affiliate Marketing WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: • Develop and manage the company's referral marketing programme. • Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with new partners including pharmacies and influencers. • Monitor and analyse partners performance, providing regular reports and optimising for better ROI. • Create and distribute marketing materials (e.g. flyers, posters, QR codes, pamphlets, digital content) to help partners promote SheMed. • Create and develop new initiatives that could build unique partners and in markets.Track performance metrics and optimize partner incentives and commissions. • Ensure partner content complies with brand guidelines, advertising standards, and healthcare regulations. • Work closely with whole marketing team to ensure message consistency. Organic Social Media • Create engaging content for partners and for our social media platforms. • Develop strategies to increase our follower base, engagement rates, and community interaction. • Monitor social media trends and conversations to ensure our content is relevant and timely. • Manage and monitor SheMed’s community Facebook group to foster engagement and cultivate a supportive environment. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or related sales/business development roles • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to optimise campaigns for ROI through detailed tracking and analysis. • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Awin, Rewardful, Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Strong ability to use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure, report, and optimise performance. • A proven track record in managing and growing affiliate programmes, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment. • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Desirable • Experience working within health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors, preferably with a female-focused audience.
