About the Role
Weβre seeking a strategic and hands-on Payments Product Owner / Payments Lead to define and drive the roadmap for our payment systems across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Payments Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve the payments vision aligned with company goals.
β’ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
β’ Market & Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on trends, tech, and compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).
β’ Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, reduce costs, and enhance UX.
β’ Compliance & Security: Partner with security teams to mitigate risks.
β’ Backlog Management: Translate business needs into user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
Minimum Qualifications
β’ 3+ years in product management, ideally in fintech or financial product teams
β’ Deep understanding of payment processing and methods (credit cards, ACH, mobile wallets, etc.)
β’ Experience implementing payment methods in eCommerce environments
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
β’ Fluent in English

β’ Experience with QuickLizard
β’ Familiarity with Apple Pay, PayPal, Acima, Affirm, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
β’ Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence
