and discreet experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of Viventโs Google
Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. This role covers end-to-end management: campaign setup,
optimisation, budget allocation, reporting, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience
in e-commerce performance marketing and a proven ability to drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
Plan, launch, and manage all campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and PMax.
Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds (titles, categories, images, SKUs).
Conduct keyword research, add negative keywords, and refine bidding strategies.
Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and adjust campaigns for performance.
Troubleshoot disapprovals, feed issues, and policy violations.
Create simple banners and ad creatives for campaigns (stories, carousels, display ads).
Report weekly on performance with recommendations.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
Set up and optimise campaigns for traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences.
Brief and collaborate with the design team for creatives (stories, reels, banners).
Track and optimise WhatsApp leads, DM enquiries, and website conversions.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track results with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights on spend, conversions, and ROI.
Recommend scaling strategies and future campaign improvements.
Requirements
2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Experience in e-commerce performance marketing (luxury or high-ticket experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Google Merchant Center, GA4, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear actions.
Excellent campaign structuring, budget management, and scaling knowledge.
Creative eye to ensure ads and creatives reflect Viventโs luxury brand standards.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of luxury retail/e-commerce trends.
Experience running Performance Max and retargeting campaigns.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting.
