This position is working onsite in either the New York City or Seattle, WA offices. The Program Manager will own a portfolio of projects focused on marketing collateral development, vendor communication, and pilot program management. This role is critical for reducing the operational burden on Business Development Managers (BDMs) and improving the vendor experience through scalable content, streamlined processes, and self-service solutions. The Program Manager will own a portfolio of projects focused on marketing collateral development, vendor communication, and pilot program management. They will work cross-functionally with Business Development Managers, Product Managers, B2B Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement standardized tools that drive adoption of client Business programs across our vendor base. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape how vendors engage with our B2B offerings at scale.
