Role description
The Opportunity Silverbean is a world leading, performance marketing agency with one simple mission; to raise the bar, wherever we are. We’re proud to work with incredible brands including; Camilla, Carrie Elizabeth, Moda in Pelle, and now we’re looking for a PPC Manager to create and execute innovative strategies and raise the bar of our paid marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities in this role will be to; • Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt, clear and informative communication with all stakeholders • Ensure all client accounts are in line with paid marketing best practice strategies • Confidently forecast client spend and return using account and external data insights • Work with Senior Manager to divide and execute innovative strategies to achieve client objectives • Cross sell and up sell opportunities to clients • Complete monthly client work, including but not limited to bid and budget management campaign and ad copy builds and reporting. • Consistently show you are the expert in PPC by sharing relevant industry insights internally and externally. • Mentor junior members of the team. • Be competent in all relevant tools such as; Google Analytics, Shoptimised and other measurement tools where applicable. We’re looking for someone who is; • Experienced: You will have a proven record of maintaining excellent client relationships • Creative: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness and build brilliant relationships with your clients to bring your ideas to life. • Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks. • Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be able to look for different ways of doing things, going above and beyond for your clients and taking calculated risks where necessary. • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience. The Application Process The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.
