The
β’ PPC & SEO Specialist
β’ is part of our digital marketing team & will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to increase visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and maximize conversions across search engines and paid media channels. This role requires expertise in both PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, etc.) and SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).

β’ BA/BS degree in Marketing / Advertising / Ecommerce Operations preferred.
β’ Experience:
β’
β’ Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
β’ Requirements for PPC & SEO Specialist:
β’
β’ Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
β’ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
β’ Experience with keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting
β’ Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
β’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

β’ Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms
β’ Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve campaign performance.
β’ Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions
β’ A/B test ads, audiences, and strategies to continuously improve results.
β’ Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
β’ Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
β’ Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimizations.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
β’ Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures.
β’ Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, page speed, and mobile usability.
β’ Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and PR efforts.
β’ Monitor website rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
