Job Summary:
LAGOS is a pioneer in fine jewelry, known for its modern and iconic styles. The Product Coordinator, Events is responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively to create memorable experiences that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with Merchant and Field Planning teams to develop, manage, and determine product selections for high jewelry events
β’ Partner with Merchant team to strategically plan and manage product assortments to support event goals, client profiles, and overall brand objectives
β’ Create and update detailed line sheets for each event, ensuring accuracy and alignment across cross-functional teams
β’ Prepare assortments for internal meetings and event previews, supporting alignment and buy-in across stakeholders
β’ Coordinate with Product Development team to understand product specifications, components, and sizing
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders and event staff to ensure the successful planning, organization, and execution of events
β’ Photograph event trunks and product setups to provide clear merchandising direction for on-site teams
β’ Coordinate fixture and display needs for each event, ensuring visual consistency and luxury presentation standards
β’ Work closely with Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure secure and timely delivery, setup, and return of high-value inventory
β’ Ensure that a separate transfer order is entered in NetSuite for every event and fulfilled to decrement inventory
β’ Track product performance during events and deliver post-event analysis to refine future assortment and strategy
β’ Conduct seasonal hind sights to support future buy plans
β’ Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to build product web pages for each event assortment, including elevated product
β’ Manage PR requests, product details, and Ecommerce experience
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Experience in managing inventory and tracking movement of product
β’ Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
β’ Proven experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
β’ Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-centric mindset
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in supply chain, fashion merchandising, event management, hospitality, business, communications, or a related field
