Product Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that enhance user experience and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and branding
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
