Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager- Digital
Vernon, CA | Full-Time
Our client, a premium denim lifestyle brand, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join its fast-growing E-commerce team. Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce, this role will be responsible for managing the digital pipeline and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the user experience and drive performance.
Responsibilities
• Provide a strong POV on the future of the site experience, including roadmaps for conversion optimization, personalization, promotions, loyalty/user accounts, AI integration, and other enhancements validated through A/B testing
• Own the digital product pipeline and partner across teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements that drive growth and elevate the customer journey
• Leverage data and user insights to inform strategic decisions while balancing the brand and merchandising perspective
• Stay up to date on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the digital experience ahead of the curve
• Identify friction points and opportunities through analytics, customer feedback, user testing, and screen recordings
• Build the digital roadmap in partnership with the VP of Ecommerce and other key stakeholders
• Translate high-level ideas into user stories and technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria
• Project manage all digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and functionality align with expectations
• Track and optimize key site health metrics including conversion rate, site speed, bounce rate, and mobile performance
• Design and launch A/B tests to grow revenue per visitor
• Manage external development agencies to ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain and test in the sandbox environment; QA new functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Evaluate and implement ecommerce tools and apps as necessary
• Ensure all digital efforts comply with current data privacy regulations
Requirements
• Proven experience managing website development projects and A/B testing
• Ecommerce and Shopify Plus experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
• Experience in fashion, home, or beauty industries
• Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and UX best practices
• Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines accurately and independently
