Verified Job On Employer Career Site Job Summary: Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator for West Elm. The role involves supporting the product lifecycle from SKU creation to eCommerce data management, while collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and effective product launches. Responsibilities: • Set up and maintain SKUs/items for West Elm brand • Partner with merchandising, product development, content production, eCom partners, and vendors to ensure all changes to SKU data (ex. pricing, descriptions, costing, fulfillment information, etc.) are executed correctly across systems • Assist with cross-functional projects, process changes, system upgrades, and reporting by having a holistic view of the product lifecycle and merchandising systems • Work with the rest of the supply chain operations team to perform data scrubs and other administrative duties that prioritize data integrity • Publish weekly and ad hoc reporting on product information data and season product launches • Collaborate with the product operations team with a true problem-solving mentality to reimagine cross-functional processes Qualifications: Required: • Critical thinking, time management and communication skills • Comfortable managing large databases • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite • This role requires being onsite in the Dumbo Brooklyn office Preferred: • Corporate retail preferred • College degree preferred Company: Founded in 1956, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is the premier specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home.
