Job Title: Experimentation Program Manager 📍 Location: Remote (US-based preferred) 💼 Employment Type: Contract (6–12 months with possible extension) About the Role We are seeking an Experimentation Program Manager to join a dynamic digital sales enablement organization. This team leads experimentation efforts for large-scale consumer-facing digital stores, working closely with engineering, product, analytics, and marketing partners. This is a high-visibility role where you will design and manage A/B tests, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver insights that shape customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Plan, design, and execute experiments across digital store platforms. • Partner with stakeholders in product, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to define hypotheses and test strategies. • Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle, including requirements gathering, setup, tracking, analysis, and reporting. • Provision and manage experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and internal systems. • Conduct analyses of completed experiments, ensuring accuracy of results and delivering actionable recommendations. • Maintain experimentation libraries, insights repositories, and roadmaps to drive program maturity. • Coordinate operational tasks including sprint planning, Kanban tracking, and vendor team collaboration. • Support training and community activities related to experimentation best practices. Qualifications • 5–7+ years of experience in A/B testing and experimentation programs. • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare (or similar tools). • 7+ years of experience in project/program management within digital or eCommerce environments. • Strong knowledge of online UX and eCommerce best practices. • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar). • Experience with Agile practices, including sprint planning and Kanban (Azure DevOps preferred). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to deliver insights and influence decisions across diverse teams. • Some front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) a plus, but not required.
