About the Role
We are seeking a Worldwide Consumer Engagement Lead to join the Digital Strategy & eCommerce team. In this role, you’ll elevate how we partner with top global retailers (Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Currys, JB Hi-Fi, JD.com, and more) to drive sales across Devices & Creativity (productivity, operating systems, and devices).
This is a global role where you’ll shape social media, influencer, and retail media network strategies across regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia), while ensuring consistent, innovative, and effective approaches to consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a global workstream connecting first-party social channels with third-party retail social handles.
• Partner with regional leads (Americas, EMEA, Asia) to streamline and scale retail social strategies, achieving cost efficiency and consistency.
• Support campaigns with best practices for social content and channel strategy.
• Maintain and evolve Social Commerce Playbook and Global Influencer Strategy Playbook for worldwide use.
• Drive Retail Media Network strategy, piloting innovative approaches with global partners (personalization, co-branding, performance tracking).
• Create executive-ready deliverables and provide social insights for retailer leadership meetings.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing across global regions to accelerate retail marketing maturity.

✔️ 3+ years’ experience in large, complex organizations (Consumer Electronics, Silicon, Retail brands, or Social Media platforms preferred).
✔️ Global experience managing cross-cultural projects.
✔️ Proven track record of leading social, influencer, and retail media strategies at scale.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required.
