Clarity Partners is seeking a Project Manager local to Chicago, IL to coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously. Over the course of each project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions, and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule and on budget. Additionally, this role will be involved in business development efforts that will grow the practice. This position will report in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for multiple Clarity Web Practice projects.
β’ Confidently lead both internal and external teams to project success using the most appropriate project management methodology.
β’ Work closely with team members responsible for the successful delivery of the project.
β’ Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, and dissemination of project information.
β’ Manage relationships and communication with both internal and external project stakeholders.
β’ Develop potential new clients and expand existing accounts.
β’ Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues.
β’ Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently.
β’ Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
Requirements:
β’ Demonstrated understanding of technical development and full lifecycle application development projects.
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience proven project management work experience in software implementation, application development, and/or web services.
β’ 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, including e-Commerce-based project work.
β’ Strong business analyst skills.
β’ Solid communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
β’ Familiarity with technologies including, but not limited to WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager.
β’ Additional knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
β’ Solid communication, documentation, and business analytical skills. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
β’ Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
β’ Conforms to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Strong documentation skills.
