Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager 1 in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Program Manager (Contractor) to accelerate our B2B vendor engagement and enablement capabilities within the Consumables Category Business Development team. This role is critical for reducing the operational burden on Business Development Managers (BDMs) and improving the vendor experience through scalable content, streamlined processes, and self-service solutions. The Program Manager will own a portfolio of projects focused on marketing collateral development, vendor communication, and pilot program management. They will work cross-functionally with Business Development Managers, Product Managers, B2B Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement standardized tools that drive adoption of Company Business programs across our vendor base. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape how vendors engage with our B2B offerings at scale.
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of program or project management experience in a B2B, marketing, vendor management, or category development role
β’ Experience creating scalable tools, templates, or resource hubs
β’ Strong written communication and content development skills
β’ Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Excel)
β’ Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders across marketing, category management, and sales enablement teams
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in eCommerce, vendor enablement, or B2B marketing programs
β’ Familiarity with Amazon Business or other B2B platforms
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to distill complex programs into simple, digestible content
β’ Strategic mindset with a bias for action and operational rigor
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
